Our Founder
Brennan D. Blue, CEO and Founder
Brennan Blue is a retired fire chief with nearly 40 years in fire and emergency response. He began his career in San Diego County, rising through every rank and building a strong foundation in frontline operations and community protection.
As a CAL FIRE Unit Chief and local Fire Chief in the Central Coast area of California, he led wildfire response across 2.1 million acres, oversaw five fire districts and a contract city, and directed nearly 400 personnel delivering emergency response, hazard reduction, community risk reduction, and wildfire mitigation programs that strengthened community preparedness.
After CAL FIRE, Brennan served as Fire Chief for the City of Vancouver, Washington, guiding emergency response for more than 300,000 residents and advancing a culture of integrity, collaboration, and resilience.
A long standing advocate for the fire service, Brennan has worked with state and federal legislators in Washington, D.C., California, and Washington State. He has provided testimony on key legislation and built trusted relationships to advance policies supporting public safety and emergency response.
Today, he continues to lend his experience to efforts that strengthen the fire service and enhance community resilience.
